Still not impressed with Santa.

While waiting in line for the big event Gaia asked "is he going to eat me?" We have no idea where that came from. Needless to say she did not want anything to do with him and this was the closest we got her to him and almost a smile...sort of.

From Halloween to the start of the Christmas season, we have so much fun watching our little monster.....I mean sweet child continue to grow and learn. When asked what she would like Santa to bring her, "purple" is the answer, if asked anything else you would like "red" is her next answer. So needless to say it will be fun to hunt for "purple" and "red" for gifts for our silly daughter.

This post is dedicated to our beautiful dog Brandy. She graced our family and enhanced our lives for 9 years. She died doing what she loved, walking with her family on Halloween night.

We love her, we miss her.

Today is our One Year Forever Family Day. It is also Gaia's 3rd Birthday.

Oh My God! One year has gone by since we became a family. I cannot believe this. And oh WOW what a year. So many firsts, so many good times, a few bad times, lots of new situations, lots learned, lots discovered, lots of laughter lots of tears, so much love. What a difference this little lady has made to our lives. We love you so much, Gaia Siao-Jyun.
